The course is an introduction to Internet publishing with web- and ftp-technology. The course covers both presentation techniques and the management of the information servers. Some of the issues are:

• Hypertext - HTML construction
• Web-technology
• FTP-technology
• CGI-scripting
• Java script
• Searching tools
• Robots

Prerequisites

Basis knowledge of I.T. equipment and software: MS-Dos, Windows, general use of PC

Text material, exercises, discussions, questions and answers in news groups
